Cartrigo Info LLC strives to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery methods, and responsibilities so you always know what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: Processing time refers to the time required to prepare the order before the package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship across all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.

3. International Shipping

Cartrigo Info ships select products internationally to Canada, the UK, and the Middle East.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking link. You can track your package on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). For any tracking issues, contact our team at info@cartrigoinfo.com.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $49.
  • For orders below $49, standard shipping fees apply (displayed at checkout).
  • Express and International shipping charges are calculated based on location, package weight, and carrier rates.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Check your tracking link for the most recent updates.
  • Contact us if the package is delayed beyond 10 business days for domestic or 20 days for international orders.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

Note: Cartrigo Info is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or carrier disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes, or natural disasters).

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. If an incorrect address causes non-delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cartrigoinfo.com.
  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier for a replacement or refund.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays), shipments may experience slight delays due to carrier capacity limits. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
