1. 30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and original boxes must be included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Return Process
To start a return request:
- Contact our support team at support@cartrigoinfo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if defective or damaged).
- Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
Note: Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from our support team.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item), Cartrigo Info will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All returns must be shipped using the carrier and return label provided by our support team.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once your return package reaches our warehouse:
- The item will be inspected within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- If the product does not meet return criteria (e.g., used, missing parts, or damaged), the return may be rejected.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, warranty, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened ink or toner cartridges
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Software, downloads, or electronic license keys
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately replace the product or offer a full refund after verification.

8. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., wrong model or compatibility issue):
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are accepted for products of equal or higher value.
- Additional charges (if applicable) must be paid before shipping the replacement.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.
