Refund & Return Policy

We are concerned with your satisfaction. Our policy of returns and money back is clear and clear-cut to protect your interests as a buyer and ensure that you have enjoyed the purchase in every purchase.

1. 30-Day Returns

Goods can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, and one can enjoy a hassle-free experience.

2. Original Condition

They must be in a clean condition and free of any damage, and in a similar package with all the accessories attached.

3. Full Refund

On returns, the refund is effected by granting a full refund in the same mode of payment as that used to pay.

4. Return Eligibility

We are superior to our products. Our consumer protection policy sets the criteria according to which the products can be returned:

Returnable Items:

  • Unutilized printers that have never been used before.
  • Raw, uninspired ink cartridges.
  • In their original form, office supplies.
  • Product failure (anywhere).
  • Items received in error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Ink cartridges were recognized or used.
  • Products that are damaged by the consumer.
  • Products that have not been repackaged.
  • Individual or custom-made products.
  • Items returned after 30 days.

5. How to Return Items

Step 1: Return Requirement is Made
The customer service contacts of our company are through email at info@cartrigoinfo.com. Please provide:

  • ID number and date of purchase.
  • Status and description of the products.
  • Rationality of return (malfunctioning, miscarriage, reversal of heart, etc.)
  • Credibility, Refund, replace, Store credit (preferred resolution).

Step 2: Authorization and Instructions Response
We will also provide prepaid shipping labels and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours unless the same retailer is not entitled to send the item back. No rework price for bad work or our mistakes.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipment Purchase
We are expected to ensure that the goods are packed in a manner that will not cause any damage to them in transit. Include:

  • The RMA number is mostly present on the labeling of the package.
  • Packaging, instructions, and accessories.
  • Structure of order receipt and authorization of returns.

Step 4: Processing & Refund
When we receive it back, we will receive your check-in within 2 business days and refund your money within 3–5 business days. The full refund will be sent back to the payment method that one used initially, and the original shipping package of the faulty goods.

7. Return Shipping

Average small package cost of shipment back: $8.99, average printer cost of shipment back: $15.99.

8. Exchanges

The scales have now been turned on the side of refunds against direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Give back what we got on our policy.
  • Order another what thou dost desire.

Your reappearance will be of value to us, and we will be fulfilling your new order as soon as we receive it.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

We will repair it in a jiffy, should you have a defect or a spoiled article:

  • Make a phone call within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Insert images of a broken product and package.
  • We shall reimburse a remedy, or all money, hurriedly.
  • Grimey label on the returning shipment given.
  • No restocking or no hassles.

Manufacturer defects: The HP warranty has also been applied to the products that have a defect of the manufacturer; hence, the warranty is extended to such products too. We shall assist you in deciding whether to go through our own return process of returning or the warranty service of HP.

10. Cancellations

You are allowed to cancel your order, without payment, in the following circumstances:

  • Order is in shipment (usually 2–4 hours after making an order).
  • Get in touch with us by telephone or e-mail.
  • Make your order and order cancellations.

After a certain order is dispatched, you will have to be taken through our normal procedure of returning it to us once you get it.

11. International Returns

  • International customer: One-month money-back warranty.
  • The shipping cost of the returns is borne by the responsible customer.
  • Goods are to clear up (customer pays customs/taxes).
  • The refunds will be in the original currency.
  • The additional time for processing is granted (5–10 business days).
