End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (herein referred to as Agreement or EULA) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Cartrigo Info (herein referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (herein referred to as the “User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) governing your right to access and use the Cartrigo Info website, platform, products, and any other related digital services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. License Grant

Under this Agreement and applicable law, Cartrigo Info grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. This license does not grant you ownership rights over any software, intellectual property, or proprietary material of the Company.

2. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use and access the Platform solely for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate account information and maintain password confidentiality.
  • Not use your account for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, intellectual property, and privacy rights.
  • Report any misuse or security breaches to us promptly.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or alter any part of the Platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful scripts.
  • Use, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission.
  • Scrape or extract data using bots or automated tools.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, service marks, product names, logos, text, graphics, website design elements, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Cartrigo Info and protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Cartrigo Info.

4. Accounts and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or Platform access if:

  • You breach this Agreement or related policies.
  • Fraudulent or malicious activity is detected.
  • Required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all Platform use. Any outstanding obligations, such as payments or policy compliance, remain in effect.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Cartrigo Info does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
  • Immediate correction of defects or errors.
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartrigo Info disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartrigo Info shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Damages caused by third parties, user errors, or misuse.
  • Losses arising from unauthorized access or interruptions.

In any event, Cartrigo Info’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services purchased through the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cartrigo Info, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform.
  • Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable policy.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to This Agreement

Cartrigo Info may update this EULA from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
